History of the New Visions Holistic Expo
The New Visions Holistic Expo is more than just an event—it’s a tradition that has been celebrated for over two decades. Originating from the vision of New Visions Books & Gifts, this expo has become a cornerstone in the holistic community of South Central Pennsylvania.
Early Years: The first New Visions Holistic Expo was held in 2001, under the guidance of Bill Trivett and Rev. Bob Hall, co-owners of New Visions Books & Gifts. Their goal was to create a space where people could explore holistic health, spirituality, and wellness in a welcoming and educational environment.
Growth and Evolution: Over the years, the expo has grown significantly, attracting over 2,000 guests annually. The event features more than 100 vendors offering a wide range of products and services, from natural health products and organic skincare to spiritual readings and energy work.
Passing the Torch
After Bill Trivett’s passing, Firefly Hollow Wellness took a more active role in organizing the expo. By 2022, Kara Lovehart and Matt Suter of Firefly Hollow Wellness became the primary organizers, continuing the legacy with their dedication to holistic practices and community building.
